How to Install Qustodio on Your Child's iOS Device

Before installing Qustodio, please ensure you have read and followed the instructions in our Help Center. Additionally, uninstall any previous version of Qustodio from your child's device.

To begin, make sure that Javascript is activated in Safari by navigating to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Javascript. Furthermore, verify that Safari is set as the default browser on your child's device. You can do this by going to Settings > Default Browser and selecting Safari.

Next, disable Screen Time (or Restrictions, if using an older iOS version) by accessing Settings > Screentime and selecting Turn off Screen time. This will allow you to install Qustodio without any restrictions. Additionally, remove any existing restrictions on the device to ensure a seamless installation process.

Please note that some features available on Android, Mac, or Windows may not be supported on iOS devices yet. Qustodio for iOS is slightly different from its counterparts on other platforms, so it's essential to understand these differences before proceeding.

For an optimal experience, we recommend using iOS 14 or higher. However, Qustodio is compatible with iOS 12 and above.
